I stay at this hotel 3 to 4 times a year and I am never disappointed. The rooms are always spotless. The staff is friendly and attentive. Lastly, the chef knows what he is doing. Very good food!

Great hotel. Room was clean and amazing. We had the king suite and it was immaculate. Gentleman greeting guests was so helpful. Upon arrival he got a luggage cart for my family, held the door open, and kept the entry clear of leaves. I got cash to tip him but unfortunately didn’t see him upon departure. Next time! Breakfast was great. Server was very attentive. Food was great. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This is a nice hotel but as a Diamond member at check in I asked if there was a suite upgrade available. The lady at the front desk very quickly said I’m sorry they are sold out for the night without checking in the system. Being that the parking lot was no where close to full I thought it was strange. After I got to my room and check availability on the website and the Hilton website had suite options available to be booked. I don’t think it’s a good idea to lie and not take care of your loyal customers. Disappointing because this is a nice hotel.

We booked a king room with the experience the stay package online. Online to package states that you get better wifi and a $50 usd credit for in hotel use. Once we got into our room we decided to call and ask about where we could use the credit. They told us that they don’t offer it and that it only applies to the blue members. They also said later on that if only meant it was for wifi. So we paid extra money only to be allowed to use wifi. Not very impressed with the service we received or that the hotel didn’t outline the fine print if they had it different from what it said online when we booked.

Hotel is in a great location. Great looking property. Parking lot had trash in the lot everyday we were there from beer cans, to food bags to some other unidentifiable items. Shower door would not stay closed which was frustrating and we only had two towels in the room. Odd for such a nice hotel.
